Early Years Alliance: Office Administrator – Safe at Home Scheme, Luton, £14,323 pa, part time (21 hours per week).

The role will provide the first contact for the Safe at Home Scheme for both parents and professionals and applicants must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Diary management is a key requirement of the scheme for the booking of home safety visits and home safety equipment fits, alongside maintaining the Safe at Home database.

IMPAKT: Finance Manager, Bedford, £45,000-£50,000 pa, full time, permanent.

You will work closely with budget holders, enabling data-led decision-making and supporting donor and committee reporting. As a key member of a small, collaborative team, you will be hands-on managing day-to-day operations, proactive in ensuring a strong internal control environment and keen to drive operational and cost efficiencies.

Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation: Grants Officer, Silsoe, £26,100-£29,000 fte, part time (25 hours per week).

To work as part of the Grants & Programmes Team to support organisations applying for funding each year through the Foundations grants programme.  The post holder manages important relationships with potential and current grantees, building trust and an understanding of their purpose and aims and supporting them to submit appropriate and high-quality applications for funding against the funds criteria and Foundation’s priorities.

Beds RCC: Green Infrastructure Officer, Bedford, £29,572 fte, part/full time (25-35 hours per week).

We are currently looking for someone to work within our Green Infrastructure Team to support a range of access development and environmental projects. The successful candidate will support the administration and facilitation of project steering groups, undertake community engagement activities and support our wider community and environment projects. In addition to admin tasks the role will involve many opportunities to get out and undertake site visits, surveys and attend partnership meetings.

Stepping Stones Luton: Women’s Support Practitioner (WSP), Luton, £24,000 pa, full time.

The role will predominantly work within Stepping Stones main office in Luton providing specialist one to one support and delivering group programmes to vulnerable women, who are or have experienced domestic abuse. The role will work closely with internal colleagues to coordinate access to other Stepping Stones services, as well as with other partner agencies to promote the service, make/receive referrals and contribute to multi agency working.

Book Keeper/Treasurer for the British Region of the International Ecumenical Fellowship (BRIEF). 

This small Christian charity is looking for a Book Keeper/Treasurer to manage its day-to-day finances. This is a paid rôle with remuneration depending on the experience and knowledge of the applicant. It would require knowledge of preparing an annual financial statement and narrative to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
