The Connolly Foundation: Projects Administrator, Luton, £24,000 pa, part time (30 hours per week).

We’re a growing grant-giving charity looking for someone to help us organise our grant giving. You’ll need to be organised and adaptable to fit in with a small team. You’ll need to be a good communicator and have the IT skills to work with financial and database software to generate good quality information to help us measure how well we’re doing.

Early Years Alliance: Office Administrator – Safe at Home Scheme, Luton, £14,323 pa, part time (21 hours per week).

The role will provide the first contact for the Safe at Home Scheme for both parents and professionals and applicants must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.  =Diary management is a key requirement of the scheme for the booking of home safety visits and home safety equipment fits, alongside maintaining the Safe at Home database.

Stepping Stones Luton: Women’s Support Practitioner (WSP), Luton, £24,000 pa, full time.

The role will predominantly work within Stepping Stones main office in Luton providing specialist one to one support and delivering group programmes to vulnerable women, who are or have experienced domestic abuse. The role will work closely with internal colleagues to coordinate access to other Stepping Stones services, as well as with other partner agencies to promote the service, make/receive referrals and contribute to multi agency working.

Dunstable Foodbank: Operations Assistant, Dunstable, £12 per hour, part time (25 hours per week).

Act as the first point of contact for Foodbank enquiries on the Foodbank email account, phone line and social media accounts for clients, donors, prospective volunteers and other members of the public.

Book Keeper/Treasurer for the British Region of the International Ecumenical Fellowship (BRIEF). 

This small Christian charity is looking for a Book Keeper/Treasurer to manage its day-to-day finances. This is a paid rôle with remuneration depending on the experience and knowledge of the applicant. It would require knowledge of preparing an annual financial statement and narrative to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Luton Roma Trust: Digital Skills Tutor, Luton, salary tbc, part time (3 hours per week).

Luton Roma Trust is a registered charity working in Luton to support the local Roma community who have migrated to the UK in recent years in search of a better life. We have been awarded funding for a pilot project on improving the digital skills of the Roma community in Luton. We are seeking a digital skills tutor who can deliver basic IT skills sessions in a supportive and engaging environment.

School Food Matters: Gardener Project Officer for Young Marketeers, Bedford, Up to 21 days @ £165 per day from March – July.

To manage the delivery of Young Marketeers in Bedford in six primary school. The programme provides hands-on opportunities for children from primary schools to grow fruit and veg from seed to sell at their local market. Young Marketeers is also a platform for School Food Matters to promote food education to schools and communities as a way to support children to live happy and healthy lives.

Schoolreaders: Trusts Fundraising Officer, Bedford, £24,500 - £26,500 pa, full time, permanent.

To help develop our well-established funding stream from trusts and foundation. You will manage your own portfolio of small/medium sized trust supporters and prospects, involving research, bid writing and reporting and monitoring requirements.
