The role will provide one-to-one and small-group mentoring to help young people explore their options, build confidence, overcome barriers and progress into education, training, employment, volunteering or self-employment. The successful candidate will have experience supporting young people, particularly those facing barriers, and will be confident working independently in community settings. They will work closely with schools, colleges, employers, training providers and local partners to create positive opportunities and outcomes.
