Membership of BAF is intended for not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises that provide advice or information on social welfare, civil legal matters — either as the main function of the organisation or as an important part of its work.
Current annual membership rates for 2026-27 are:
- £11 - For organisations with 0-2 employees.
- £60 - For organisations with 3-99 employees.
