In Central Bedfordshire, we provide anyone affected by stroke with personalised practical support and information. A Stroke Support Coordinator will work with you and/or your loved ones to identify what matters most so we can best support your recovery- no matter the age, stage, or time of the stroke. We offer: • Tailored one-to-one support through home visits, telephone calls and online contact. • Someone to talk to who understands. • Advice and information about stroke. • Tips and links to support recovery. • Support to access local leisure and social activities, other organisations, return to work, and much more.
