Founded in 2018 and incorporated as a CIC in 2024, we have supported over 6,500 women across London and beyond to build financial capability, confidence, and resilience. As a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist, I bring a psychological lens to our work, recognising that financial hardship is rarely just about money. It is bound up with shame, fear, grief and trauma, and our programmes address all of these dimensions alongside practical money management skills. We work primarily with Black, Asian and ethnically diverse women, single mothers, widows, women leaving abusive relationships, and those facing job loss or bereavement—communities consistently underserved by mainstream financial services.
